RESPONSIBILITY (HR):

  • Working on Full & Final settlement.
  • Co - ordinating  in  salary  work.  
  • Maintaining Attendance Register .
  • Maintaining Attendence through Software (Win HMS).
  • Working on Reimbursement works.
  • Co- ordinating for Joining & Relieving formalities.
  • Creating & maintaining employee’s Personal file.
  • Guiding  Candidates  for  Interview  procedures
  • Conducting Induction for New joiners & trainees.
  • Conducting games on every Fridays for all employees.
  • Conducting Opening day every month and collecting EOTM (Employee of the Month) names from all departments and making Certificates for them.
  • Co – ordinating in Annual day Function, Women’s day Function, Election etc.
