We require dynamic and result-oriented HR recruiter ( 2 – 5 years) / Sr. HR Recruiter ( 5 – 10 years) experienced in recruiting /hiring with IT and non-IT segments in Chennai.
Responsible for complete hiring process from sourcing to selection as per the monthly requirement.
Responsibility :
- Accountable for monthly hiring as per set company goals
- Candidate shall possess sound and practical knowledge of hiring or recruiting as per Job
Descriptions
(JD).
- Ability to source resumes or CV from various sources as per Job descriptions
of customers.
- Qualifying the resumes matching fully the requirements of the customers or
hiring needs.
- On-time communication to customers and candidates and facilitate maximum
interview attendance.
- Coordination with candidates for interview scheduling in consultation with
customers.
- Reporting on-time with daily updates on hiring covering all process steps.
- Updating CRM on hiring process on daily basis.
- Monitoring or tracking all open positions along with its status for action to
close.
- Daily status reporting of the hiring status and weekly reporting of progress.
- Ownership of compete hiring process end-to-end.
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers.
- Timely and prompt response for improved service quality is must.
Requirements
· Education: Any Graduate or post graduate. HR domain knowledge preferred
· Experience: minimum 2 to 10 years working experience in HR recruiting specifically in non-IT or IT segments. Complete knowledge of using various sources of hiring is must.
· Self-driven, Hands-on, self-motivated and monthly result driven Specialist is preferred.
· Age : 22 - 30 years
· Location : Chennai
· Others : Good communication, team spirit and result orientation.
· Job Type: Full-time / Contractual/ Commission based
· Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000 monthly CTC based on experience.
· Incentives are additional / Separate , Quarterly paid.
