Job Description

Any graduate / Minimum 2 years in BPO / ITES Recruitment preferably in Telecom Industry
Prior experience in Bulk / Volume hiring / Sourcing / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Good communication skills both written & verbal (Mandatory)
Preferably from BPO / ITES / Call Center Background
Should have Convincing skills.
Should be excellent in Headhunting
Analysing the requirement and sourcing the candidates through channels
Should have Knowledge in Campus Recruitment from Various Sources
Good knowledge in Ms-Office, Internet, social media marketing and CRM
Knowledge in Handling JOB Portals and Classifieds
Accountable for converting from enquiries into Joining the Team
