·          Communication and analytical skills

·          Knowledge in working on various job portals

·          Knowledge in IT & NON IT recruitment

·          Knowledge in payroll process

Experience :    0 - 1yrs

Roles and responsibilities :

o    Publish jobs on various job portals.

o    Screening and shortlisting the resumes.

o    Scheduling of interviews and communicating with candidates for joining.

o    Undergoing training related to payroll and statutory provisions.
