Sourcing Resume from job portal
Excellent understanding of Profiles and Search Mechanism is Must.
Screening of resume
Shortlisting of candidates
Taking Face to Face interviews
OnBoarding and Joining Formalities
In short responsible for end to end recruitment.
Immediate Joiner Preferred

Well versed with End to End Recruitment.
