Job Description

Dear Candidate,We are looking for HR Recruiter for our Okhla Office.

Job Description:

Manpower Planning:
Organization Structure revision & restructuring as per need
Forecasting future manpower requirements in terms of manpower in surplus and shortage PAN India
Working out Job Analysis (Job description & Job Specification) for all the Departments.

Recruitment & Selection:

Candidate search through various source- Job Portals, Placement Consultants, Employee Referrals, Head Hunting, Walk-ins.
Screening CVs through all the above resources & managing the responses
Sending mails & conducting telephonic interviews for shortlisted candidates
Fixing-up interviews for the candidate with specification of Date, Time and Venue
Giving one-day prior notification along with Date & Time to the departmental head regarding candidates to be interviewed for proper coordination
Conducting First round of one-o-one Interview by HR
Coordinating with departmental head for 2nd round of Interview
Pre Joining Formalities.
Induction & Joining Formalities
