Job Description
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. They work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
HR recruiter trainee Interviewing a candidate follow up with them till on boarding End to End operation in HR Training session includedSourcing and Screening Identify and evaluate candidates through various channels. Selection Conduct interviews, facilitate the selection process, and negotiate job offers. Candidate Experience Ensure candidates have a positive and responsive recruitment experience or would have tendency to learn the recruitment process.
Identifies staffing needs
Writes job descriptions for needed positions
Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company
Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums
Screens and interviews candidates
Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
