Job Description

 The primary responsibility of an HR recruiter is to hire the most suitable employees for new  interns positions within the organization and to retain them tactfully. In order to fulfil the company's exact requirements, it is the  interns role to develop and execute new recruitment strategies.

Roles and responsibility

1)Use online medium to enroll candidates.
2)Screen resumes and application forms
3)Schedule and confirmed interviews with candidates
4)Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages
5)Prepare HR-related report's as needed  and social networks
