We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment,
from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates and
client.
Job Functions:
1. Responsible for End to End recruitment.
2. Identifying candidates via Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping and through your own professional networks.
3. Sourcing and Screening candidates, Conducting interviews to identify best candidates to fit client needs
4. Working directly with Client Account Managers and Business Development Head to understand the requirement and present qualified candidates and coordinate , scheduling of interviews
5. Provide feedback to both candidates and clients regarding interviews, and facilitate communication during offer stage
6. Negotiate with candidates in order to identify compensation level that is fair and competitive to both parties.
