We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, with a focus on bulk hiring for BPO clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist candidates
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Ensure timely and efficient recruitment process to meet client deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and goals
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring for BPOs

- Proven track record in meeting recruitment targets and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., ATS, HRMS)
- Graduate degree in HR or related field
*Working Conditions:*
- Office timings: 10 am to 7 pm, 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

- 15k-22k per month, depending on experience and qualifications
