Salary: Upto 18,000/-  with inciting incentives!

Office Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm with 1st and 3rd Saturdays off. Sundays fixed off.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Field: Human Resource Management

Job Brief:

·        Supervise administrative functions.

·       Coordinate and evaluate HR plans and programs.

·        Manage the company recruitment process.

·        Develop fair HR policies.

·        Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per Requirement.

·        Conducting preliminary interviews.

·        Lionizing/Requirement gathering with the client.

·        CV screening/shortlisting.

·        Cold Calling.

·        Coordinating & scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates/resources.

·        Resolving queries from potential candidates/resources in regards to the subjected requirement.

·        Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow.

·        Validating & verification check.

Requirements:

·        Candidates are required to have excellent communication skills.

·        Should have expertise in the HR department 

·        Strong presentation skills with generous vocabulary.

·        Candidates should possess great leadership skills.
