Job Description
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions for clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company attracts and retains top talent.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings
Source and screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements
Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities
Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates
