u ROLE : HR RECRUITER

u SHIFT TIMINGS: 10 AM -6:30 PM

u SALARY : Upto 18000 per month

u LOCATION : NSP, DELHI currently work from home

ROLES /RESPONSIBILITY:

u Design and update job descriptions

u Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)

u Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

u Screen incoming resumes and application forms

u Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

u Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

SKILLS REQUIRED:

u Fresher with good communication skills and willingness to learn / Experienced

u Sharp and active learner

u Age: up to 25 years ,female candidate only

u Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

u Sound judgement

u Graduate /MBA preferred
