Source candidates for open positions of all levels across the departments utilizing various methods of candidate sourcing - e.g. online job posting, resume searches, industry networking, employee referrals, cold calls.
Prepares target lists with Recruiter and develops a sourcing strategy for each opening
Use complex search strings, LinkedIn, news and blog sources, and social networking sites to identify and engage potential candidates
Sources, qualifies and presents candidates to Recruiter
Makes initial candidate contacts and builds relationships/networks with prospective candidates' in an effort to increase interest level in company opportunities
Handle highly confidential information with discretion
Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping the Recruiter informed, appropriately expressing ideas thoughts verbally, in written form, timeliness
Constantly seeks new, innovative ways to improve the sourcing process.
