Technology to serve jobs - HR Recruiter

JOB Description:

• Source candidates for open positions of all levels across the departments utilizing various methods of candidate sourcing - e.g. online job posting, resume searches, industry networking, employee referrals, cold calls.
• Prepares target lists with Recruiter and develops a sourcing strategy for each opening
• Use complex search strings, LinkedIn, news and blog sources, and social networking sites to identify and engage potential candidates
• Sources, qualifies and presents candidates to Recruiter
• Makes initial candidate contacts and builds relationships/networks with prospective candidates' in an effort to increase interest level in company opportunities
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion
• Uses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping the Recruiter informed, appropriately expressing ideas thoughts verbally, in written form, timeliness
• Constantly seeks new, innovative ways to improve the sourcing process. 
• Desired Candidate Profile:
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter
• Passionate about HR, demonstrated by high level of energy, positive & upbeat attitude.
• Ability to handle Special Projects as assigned
