• Managing HR Vendors on behalf of the company.

• Looking after end to the end recruitment process - Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

• Making company policies.

• Calling to selective candidates.

• Creating inclusive job titles and descriptions that aren’t discriminatory.

• Review and understand technical and non-technical job requirements.

• Conduct structured job interview.

• Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met.

• Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.

• Must be well versed with end to end recruitment process.

• Onboarding employees correctly.

• Measuring employee’s engagement.

• Creating structure for organization.

• Care about workplace culture.

• Good organizing skills.

• Must have headhunting skills
