Job Description

We are hiring for our Leading HR Consulting Firm 'Windows Consultants Pvt. Ltd.'
'Females looking to pursue a job after a break in their career due to marriage or motherhood will also be considered.'
Job role: Recruitment Consultant
Job Location: East Delhi, Laxmi Nagar

Key Requirements:

Experience into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, Conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.
Excellent communication skill
Basic knowledge of Job portals and Sites.
Basic computer knowledge.
Graduates/Post Graduates
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Arranging interviews and follow up.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
