Role: HR Recruiter
Job Description:
· Design and implement job descriptions as per the guidance of HR managers
· Write and post job descriptions, and frequently engage with prospective candidates on various hiring and social media portals
· Screen incoming resumes from potential candidates and maintain the application forms and database through the entire span of the hiring process
· Identify future hiring needs and collaborate with senior HR managers to work toward the same
· Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
· Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
· Negotiate and finalize employment offers, ensuring alignment with both client and candidate expectations.
· Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, promoting a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in HR
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and employment law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
