We are currently looking for a Recruiter to work with us. Our office is in Gurgaon and we would prefer Gurgaon based candidates. We are looking for an MBA with a zest to build a great career in the search business.
The role would include:
1. Researching organizations and roles
2. Understanding the requirements
3. Sourcing candidates
4. Understanding the recruitment process and helping in various stage

To qualify you must have the following:

- Mindset of quality over quantity

- Ability to sourcing from multiple channels especially social media (if you have been used to hiring only from job boards this role will not work for you) (if you dont know we will teach you this but you need to be a quick learner)

- Ability to understand job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD

- Ability to pitch role to candidates effectively

- Ability to work independently
