IT Recruiter @ Hyderabad office (3 months contract - extendable)
HR Executive’s (IT
Recruiter) responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a
shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also
network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer
brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Added to
this, he/she will assist in general HR duties too.

required: Bachelors or Diploma or Masters
in HRM or Sciences.
· Years of experience: at least
1 year in IT hiring or a fresher from a premier
institute

· Joining
must be: Immediate – No notice period. To join on or
before 16th June.
· Salary
range: Rs 3 to 4 LPA (*negotiable) - Fixed + Variable component

skills required:
· English
skills (spoken & written) must be very good
Requirements
· Exposure
to IT Recruiting
· Hands-on
experience with various interview formats
(e.g. Phone, Skype and structured)
· Technical
expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT
roles
· Familiarity
with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
· Solid
knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Social media recruiting and Boolean search)
· Very
good with MS-Excel.
· Very
good verbal and written communication skills
