Responsibilities and Duties:
• Searching Resumes from US Job boards (Dice, Techfech, Monster) and Prime Vendors, Messengers.
• Interaction with Vendors and getting resumes from them.
• Submission of the eligible resumes to the Clients.
• Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews with candidate and client.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients
• Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies.
• Conduct post-employment surveys on firing representatives.
• Stay up to date with knowledge of HR via educational opportunities, maintain personal networks and professional publications
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
