· Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
· Identify and source qualified candidates from a variety of sources, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
· Conduct phone and video interviews to screen candidates and assess their fit for the role.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
· Evaluate candidates' resumes, cover letters, and interview performance.
· Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
· Extend job offers to qualified candidates.
