Mandatory Qualifications :
- Compulsory Graduation (Technical background preferred).
- Reporting to: Delivery Manager/Team Leader.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source IT/Non-IT candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, referrals, and user/technical groups.
- Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for up and coming requirements.
- Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in the specified region.
- Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on Madhees' process.
- placement of candidates and solicit referrals of another top talent in the area.
- Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, facilitate the requirements as well as understand business model and objectives.
- Strategically partner with hiring authorities to clearly define the position.
- Responsible for an increasing number of qualified applicants in the database.
- Should have quality social hiring skills.
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
- Refer job order leads and hiring manager names to Account/Delivery Managers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual agreed-upon goals.
KRA's(Key Responsibility Areas):
Short-listing Ratio: 80%.
Interview ratio: 80- 95%.
Success Ratio: 50%.
Each Month or Quarterly minimum business volume decided by higher management.No. of recruitment position handled per month and TAT(Turn around time).
