Key Responsibilities:

  • -Managing Recruitment for Lateral Hiring.
  • -Source and Screening of Candidates Using Database, Portals Social Media Etc.
  • -Scheduling the Interviews. 
  • -Follow-up of Candidates.
  • -Doing Job Posting and Mailings as per the Requirements.

  • -Should Possess Good Communication Skills.
  • -Should be Confident with Positive Attitude.
  • -Should be target Oriented
  • -Should be a Multi-Tasker
  • -Familiar with Ms-word and Excel.
