Job Description

•Post technical job descriptions in various job portals/Social Platforms

•Source potential candidates using different platforms Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes

•Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities

•Send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

•Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities

•Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.

•Developing own network of suitable candidates.

•Handling of administration and record-keeping.

•Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.

•Executing recruitment plans efficiently.

•Drafting and posting job descriptions.

•Interviewing candidates.

•Preparing job offers.

•Networking with various institutions and social media.
