Job Position - HR Recruiter (Female)

Location - Kolhapur

This post is for a Female Candidate, with Recruitment & Placement Agency. The Candidate should be a FRESHER, interested to work in the placement and recruitment sector. The selected person will have to co-ordinate with the HR Manager and HR Recruiters to generate vacancies and assisting in placement of candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Design and update job descriptions

·         Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)

·         Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

·         Screen incoming resumes and application forms

·         Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)

·         Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

·         Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits

·         Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire

·         Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

·         Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board

·         Completing timely reports on recruitment activity

Qualifications and Skills
Skills -

·        Computer literacy –this position requires a strong familiarity with social networking sites and job applicant systems, use applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media to reach potential applicants

·        Organizational skills –scheduling multiple interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.

·        Time management –from answering phone calls and emails to greeting interviewees, multiple tasks management skills. Effective time management helps operations run smoothly and on time

Experience:

·         Freshers can apply

Education:

·         Bachelor's (Any)

·         MBA (HR,MARKETING) (Preferred)
