• Daily job duties of human resources specialists include:
  
• Recruitment, Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, maintaining database, reaching out to maximum number of candidates for job offer.
  
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new & existing employees.
  
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  

Requirements -

• Should be able to communicate in English
