Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
· Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks, job boards) and offline channels (e.g., career fairs, networking events).
· Review resumes and applications to determine suitability for open positions.
· Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
· Facilitate onsite and virtual interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
· Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience of at least 2 years as an HR Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
4. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
7. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
8. Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
9. Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desirable but not required.
