related to HR activities.
Knowledge in staffing and recruiting through various job portals.

Knowledge of keeping a track record of MIS report.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Desire to Learn and Perform.
Roles and Responsibilities: -
Staffing/Recruiting
(In- House).
Documentation and Joining Formalities.
Candidate 'Follow-Ups' at different phases of recruitment
(Documentation/Training/Joining).
Conducting Induction and Orientation.
Attendance Management, Employee Engagement Plan, Grievance Handling.
To act as a mediator between the higher management and employees.
To control Attrition Rate.
Employee Exit Formalities.
