• Pre-screening of candidates who are suitable for the job profile before sending them to clients.

• End to End coordination of candidate's interview process with the hiring managers.

• Coordination with Corporates and Consultancies with open vacancies through various sources.• Completing timely reports on employment activity.

• Follow up with companies after Job Fairs for updates.

• Achieving the monthly target of successful recruitment.

Skills & Experience:
• Graduates / Post Graduate from any Stream Management Degree will be given preference.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi required.
• Strong experience in MS Office,

Candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field would be preferred
