• Handling complete end to end recruitment.
• Helping clients to find suitable candidate to fill their vacancies
• Describing the work duties, salary and benefits of a particular vacancy.
• Direct sourcing candidates using advanced Internet and diverse recruitment techniques
• Initial screening of resumes for the purpose of Recruitment for clients.
• Sourcing CVs from various portals internal database, reference or by mass mailing.
• Discussing the opening with the candidates, briefing them the opportunity
• Describing the work duties, salary and benefits of a particular vacancy
• Submit qualified candidates based on a proper match of skills, qualifications and requirements
• Resume formatting & Sending the profiles to the client with the final shortlist report.
• Schedule telephonic interview, video conference or personal round of interviews with our clients
• Take interview feedback on interview and following up till candidates joining.
• Assisting applicants with their interview techniques
• Responsible for advertising vacancies on recruitment website
• Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value added services.
• Handling some administrative work
• Learning & involving with the new responsibilities which is including HRD activities.
• Review and modify recruitment and selection processes when required to maximize efficiency and align with business objectives
