JD FOR HR RECRUITER
Responsibilities:
Ø Create and update job descriptions and job specifications according to the job profile
Ø Source potential candidates from various online channels & job portals
Ø Post and advertise job openings on various job portals or social platforms to attract and build up candidates
Ø Screen incoming resumes and application forms of candidates through portals or direct applications
Ø Interview candidates via phone, video and in-person as required
Ø Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates with required job descriptions
Ø Line up shortlisted candidates with hiring managers through an emails or messaging app
Ø Regular follow ups with managers to identify future hiring needs
Ø Timely follow ups with interested candidates and hiring managers
Ø Take necessary feedbacks from candidates pre & post joining
Ø Take necessary feedbacks from hiring managers of candidates pre & post joining
Ø Built-up good rapo with the hiring managers for smooth working of business
Qualification:Graduate (BCOM, BBA) / MCOM / Post Graduate in HR / Diploma in HR / MBA in HR.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment / Freshers can also apply / Candidates having internship experience can also apply
Language: English (Preferred)
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Working hours: 10am- 6:00pm
