2) Sourcing of candidates through Database/ Job Portals/ Social Media.
3) Headhunting for getting the right candidate.
4) Screening the candidates as per the JD.
5) Explaining the Job Role and Interview processes to the candidate.
6) Following up with candidates for Interview.
7) Following up with Client/ SPOC for the Interview feedback.
8) Opportunities for coordinating with Clients.
9)Maintaining the Databases of all the candidates sourced through Portals/ References/ Social Media.
10) Regular checks with the client for any new requirements.
