Responsibilities

Source potential candidates through online channels
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Coordinating interviews with the Hiring Manager
Support in onboarding formalities
Performing reference and background checks.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a Recruiter with 1 - 2 yrs of experience
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
Strong decision-making skills.
Candidate needs to be enthusiastic and proactive
