Fresher 
8,000 - 20,000 Per Month 1) Managing end to end Recruitment that includes Sourcing, Screening,
2) Interview scheduling &Coordination etc.
3) Sourcing the right profiles from the job portals by performing an appropriate searches.
4) Sourcing suitable candidates within timelines against each open position.
5) Using various sourcing channels for identifying relevant candidates like job portals, social media &referencing. [Naukri, Linkedin, Monster,Freshersworld]
6) Screening of profile as per the mandate shared.
7) Candidate have to continuously co-ordinate with candidates on call or mail. On a daily basis, you have to call a minimum 150 relevant candidates.
