Job Description for HR Recruiter
- Sourcing of profiles through various job portals and other platforms Recruitment & selection of candidates in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner
- Initial screening of candidates by discussing about the job requirement Coordinate and arrange for interviews
- Handle verification of personal & educational background of the candidates Issue offer letter for the shortlisted candidates.
- Responsible for joining formalities.
- Giving initial induction to the selected candidates at the time of joining
- Required Skills - Good communication and presentation skills Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Preferred Female candidates.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
- Excellent record keeping.
