• Must have all HR compliance information.
• Recruitment Knowledge of Senior profiles both technical and non technical.
• Immediate hiring turnaround experience max in 5 days times.
• Must be able to recruit and source candidates using free sites as well as paid sites immediately for joining.
• Exit Formalities hands on experience.
• Termination hands on experience.
• Must be from Interior Industry or a Corporate or Construction or Real estate or Placement Industry with previous working knowledge of Placement industry. PF, PT, TDS, ESIC knowledge is important.
• Working of salary details for employees.
• Drafting appointment letters and SOP.
• Addressing grievances and monitoring staff at all times.
• Ensuring staff are retained and managed well in office.
• Appraisals knowledge.
• Conduct staff welfare activities.
• Suspending Staff if and carry out disciplinary actions if required.
• Strategically planning of salary and human resource as per budget and salary computation including statutory deductions.
• Must be able to join Immediately.
• Experience : 2+ years
• Location: Nariman Point.

Salary : upto Rs 20k max per month. 
Joining : Immediate only. 
Industry : Interiors, Contruction, Real Estate - Only..
