We have opening for HR Recruiter in our consultancy Company Name - Team Trio Business Services LLP Location - Thane
Qualification - Graduation Mandatory but if candidate is smart enough HSC will go

Experience Minimum 6 months as a Recruiter. Fresher can also APPLY
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Must be able to understand requirements from Clients.
2. Discussing requirements with clients
3. Sourcing candidates through Job Portals & References
4. Screening Resumes
5. Taking Telephonic Round
6. Scheduling Interviews According to Clients Time Availability
7. Negotiating Salary with candidates
8. Closing the positions in TAT
9. Multitasking , must be able to handle multiple requirements
