Job Description

  • 1. Should have 1 year experience in pre-recruitment processes including, screening and short listing.
  • 2. Should have the knowledge in initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match client requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience and Education.
  • 3. Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
  • 4. Monitoring and applying HR practices.
  • 5.Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • 6. Responsible for End to End Recruitment process.
  • 7. Developing and executing interview plans as per the requirement.
  • 8. Following up interview process status
  • 9. Providing shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.
  • 10. Act as consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  • 11. Optimal usage of different sources like job-portals, networking, cold-calling, Headhunting etc.
  • 12. Coordinating with Client & candidates for a smooth flow of selection process.
