Work on Screening and Recruiting
· Work on day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Working with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
· Communicate with public services when necessary
· Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
· Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
· Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
· Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors.
