Position: HR Recruiter

Requirements and abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi and Marathi a must.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Ideal but not necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Ideal but not necessary.


  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board, Social media platforms etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Giving and receiving feedback from both clients and job applicants.
  • Formatting of CVs to present candidates to best advantage.
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • The primary objective of this role is to bring business into the organisation. Owing to the inherent demand of the role, you will be a very confident Business Developer.
  • You will have exceptional skills to build and maintain the network on behalf of the company. This means you will not be shy to pick up the phone, introduce yourself and deliver the desired results: MORE BUSINESS.

  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communications skills in multilingual setup and ability to work in a team will ensure you are reaching new heights in your career.
  • Demonstrated ability for excellent written communication with high attention to detail, particularly for online channels is also a non-negotiable trait expected in this role.
