Job Summary

The position shall be responsible in identifying creative and cost effective recruitment sources.
Exploring and sourcing potential candidates, screening applicants, extending offers, assist in new employee orientation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Understand current and future manpower need
Develop and maintain contact with different sourcing point.
Develop network with external sources to improve sourcing strategies and capabilities.
Coordinate all communication with applicant, including interview schedule, employment information.
Conduct exit interviews and share feedback to Area HR.
Effectively promote internal recruitment program to get the best result.
Provide reporting and regular status updates to Area Head HR.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Can communicate in Marathi, Hindi & English.
Bachelor's degree with 0 to 6 Month Experience in recruitment.
Strong Organizing skills - Ability to prioritized tasks and meet dead lines
Knowledge in tele-calling, cold calling marketing
Proficient in excel word and power point.
Ability to travel as required
Self driven and motivated , strong team player
