Looking for HR recruiter candidate with 6months to 1 year of experience to perform 70%
recruiter and 30% generalist role.
Roles & responsibilities:
Passion for recruitment and human resources
Scheduling interviews, coordinating appointments & arranging telephonic, video, & in person interviews of the candidates with the hiring managers.
Conducting telephone based interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and
experience.
Screening applicants 50- 60 candidates on daily basis.
Comfortable with cold calling
Positive attitude, confident, & target oriented with multiple task management skills
Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work
Skills
Basic Qualification from HR background – Bachelors/Diploma
Experience of using various job portals to source and screen candidates
Ability to multitask & attention to details
Good in excel, should have the ability to learn and work on new tools.
