Job Summary

• carry out End to End recruitment Process.
• Sourcing right candidates form Various portals like Naukri , monster , Indeed, etc.
• Screening resumes & Shortlisting candidates resumes through job portal.
• Conducting telephonic interview & Schedule Candidate Interview.
• Mass mailing for various positions.
• Regular follow ups with offered candidate till on boarding.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Minimum graduation required
• 1+ year experience as HR recruiter
• Candidates working with recruitment agencies as HR recruiter will be preferred.
