We have urgent opening for HR Recruiter for Noida Location

Exp: 1 yrs to 3 yrs
Salary: 15k to 20 k
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Qualification: B. Tech

Job Description:

· Understanding thoroughly the Job Specification and Job Description.
· Screening the resumes based on competency and skills.
· Searching Candidates through Job Portals, Professional Networks, Head hunting and Existing Database.
· Creating Job Opening on Applicant Tracking System, publishing them on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Company Website.
· Doing Mass Mailing & Posting Job using Job Portals for ex. naukri.com, other portals also.
· Screening the CVs, Calling the candidates and short listing them as per the Clients’ requirement.
· Responsible for sourcing talented candidates after the detailed analysis of the client’s requirements through different sources.
· Preparing and maintaining daily and weekly Reports on activities of self.
