Responsible for End to End Recruitment IT and NON-IT Industry.
Great Handling command of various portals
Understanding the requirements of clients and candidates to make a match between the client requirements and candidates potential.
Developed a strong relationship with Business Unit Heads, hiring managers and Business directors to encourage a partnership in filling open requisitions.
As per the job description, drafting job synopsis, do the job posting on portals and source the profiles from various sources, like- Internal database, job portals, Personal professional networks, and References and recently using social media.
