Brand Maker looking for HR Recruiter.He/She must have experience of 1 to 2 years in IT Recruitment, who handled completer cycle of Recruitment . 

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven expertise in handling End-to-End IT Recruitment processes 
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. 
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc  
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions 
• Mass mailing and Job posting for new openings.  
• Co-ordinate Walk-ins Handling multiple requirements simultaneously for Internal require 
• Should have excellent knowledge in Job portals recruitment  
• Sourcing  candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking & Employee Referrals.  
• Must have the ability to interview job candidates effectively and assess candidates accurately. 

Required key skills : 

• Excellent Communication Skills.  
• Should have positive attitude towards work.  
• Must have experience into IT Recruitment. 
• Ability to handle multiple requirements.
