Job Description

  • JOB TITLE: HR Recruiter
  • DEPARTMENT: Human Resource
  • JOB TYPE:Full-Time
  • SALARY:  ₹15000-₹30,000
  • WORKING HOURS: 10 am to 7 pm
  • WORKING DAYS: 6 Days a week

JOB SUMMARY:

  • The job involves the responsibility of recruitment, examination, selection, appointment and formulation of a system of communication for proper and efficient information dissemination.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Recruitment
  • Advertising the posts and vacancies on different job portals
  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various domains
  • Scheduling and coordinate the interviews
  • Taking regular follow-ups from the perspective candidates and interviewees

QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Qualification: Graduate (Minimum)
  • Knowledge of full recruitment job cycles
  • Knowledge of working on job portals
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command over English

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 to 3 years
