We are looking for Hr recruiter, who can join us on immediate basis

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle candidate workflow and recruiting program.
- Sales Bulk Hiring is preferred
- Identifying vacancies & post open job -  screen, interview and match applicant
- Focusing on Sourcing, recruitment till employee onboarding
- Focus on Campus Connects and Drives.
- Analyze recruitment funnel, HR selects, Business Selects, Offers, Joiners on daily basis for PAN India and suggest corrective steps to the Leadership team
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS Reports like Tracker sheet, requirement and offer reports, to be sent to delivery heads and top management.
- Thorough knowledge of working on job portals
- Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.

Education- mba
Min exp in recruitment 6 month to 3 year


Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong in Communication (English, regional language Must) - Hindi Preferred but not mandatory
- Expert in MS Office (Specific to Presentation & Excel skills)
- Bulk Sales Hiring Experience is required
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Positive attitude and high on IQ & EQ
- Should be matured in handling pressure
