Job Description

Help to Recruitment Tie - up with new client (IT / FMCG / MNC /Non- IT),
Generating leads for new business development.
Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.
Identifying right clients across the industry.
Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters
Personally meeting prospective clients
Achieving revenue targets
Preparing client contracts
Recovering outstanding payments from clients
Leading a team of recruiters for some positions
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Good to work for the welfare of the organisation
Good Conveyancing skills
Keen to learn
Maintaining good relation with the Existing and New Clients
Socially adept
Strong communication
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
