HR RECRUITER (WFO) /Hybrid on conditions. 

Responsibilities

• Handling end to end recruitment
• Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening & Interviewing candidates over the phone, interview arrangements & closing.
• Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques
• Discuss the 'core' of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand the offered job
• Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.
• Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.
• Understanding of client's requirements.
• Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.
• Maintaining the candidates' database of various levels.
• Regular Interaction with the client.

Essential Conditions

• Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant.
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultant.
• Good knowledge of internet
• Must have own laptop
